Two DML Librarians Expand their IRB Leadership Roles

Congratulations to two DML Librarians who have advanced to leadership positions on Institutional Review Board (IRB) Committees.

Scott Dorris is the newly appointed Chair of Committee E, Georgetown-Howard Universities Center for Clinical and Translational Science (GHUCCTS) Institutional Review Board.

Angela Barr is the newly appointed Vice Chair of Committee AB, the Institutional Review Board for Biomedical Research  .

These appointments highlight their expertise, commitment to ethical research, and the important role librarians play in supporting clinical and biomedical research.
