Spring 2026 DML Facility Operating Hours

The following Dahlgren Memorial Library facility hours are in effect as of Friday, January 2, 2026.   

A current Georgetown University GOCard or MGUH ID is required at all times for entry.

WEEKDAYS / MONDAY-FRIDAY
DML building opens at 8:00am and closes at midnight.
SecTek guards will be on site 4:00pm to midnight Monday-Friday.
Visitor access to Dahlgren Memorial Library is from 9am-Noon, Monday-Friday

The DML Information Services Desk is staffed Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm ET, excluding University holidays.

WEEKENDS / SATURDAY & SUNDAY
DML building opens at 8:00am and closes at midnight.
SecTek guards will be on site 8:00am to midnight Saturday-Sunday.  

Any changes due to weather or holidays will be posted to this blog.
