New DML chat service beginning August 12th

Starting August 12^th*, Dahlgren Memorial Library is launching an exciting new version of the chat service: Ask DML.

Ask DML offers the same reliable live chat access to DML staff from Monday to Friday, ready to assist you with your research needs. Additionally, Ask DML introduces a new chatbot designed to answer your most frequently asked questions when DML staff is unavailable.

With Ask DML, help is always at your fingertips, 24 hours a day!
