Simplify article and eBook access with Lean Library

The new Lean Library browser extension provides streamlined access to articles, journals and databases licensed by DML.

• Quickly discover whether DML provides access to an article, database or eBook
• Avoid payment requests (paywalls) for materials.
• Easily generate a Document Delivery request if DML doesn’t subscribe to the article or eBook

To get started with Lean Library:

• Access the Lean Library browser extension from the Databases A to Z list
• Install the extension
• Select Georgetown University Medical Center – Dahlgren Memorial Library as your institution

After downloading, a pop-up message will appear when on websites containing licensed content.  A single click will take you to DML subscriptions.  If an item is not available, you’ll have the option to request via the DML Document Delivery Service.
