Please note that during the Federal government shutdown, the following may be impacted:

Federal government sponsored databases such as PubMed, and  ClinicalTrials.gov  may not be updated.

As the National Library of Medicine and other government libraries supply some materials for document delivery, there may be delays in fulfilling requests.
