Two DML Librarians Expand their IRB Leadership Roles

Congratulations to two DML Librarians who have advanced to leadership positions on Institutional Review Board (IRB) Committees .

Scott Dorris is the newly appointed Chair of Committee E, Georgetown-Howard Universities Center for Clinical and Translational Science (GHUCCTS) Institutional Review Board.

Angela Barr is the newly appointed Vice Chair of Committee AB, the Institutional Review Board for Biomedical Research  .

These appointments highlight their expertise, commitment to ethical research, and the important role librarians play in supporting clinical and biomedical research.
