MedStar Georgetown University Hospital Access: Update

Update: The issue has been resolved – MGUH users can access DML resources as usual.

Users connecting via the MedStar Georgetown University Hospital network have recently reported access problems connecting to DML resources. As a work around, we recommend connecting to the resources from a network other than the MGUH network (such as a data plan on a mobile device or home network). Computers located in DML are also available for research 24 hours day/7days a week. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working with the information systems departments at Georgetown and MedStar to identify a solution to this issue.
