    DynaMed Plus is a clinical reference tool created by physicians for physicians and other health care professionals for use primarily at the 'point-of-care'.  Access note*
     
  • Embase
    Embase is an index to international pharmacological and biomedical literature from over 8,500 journals from 70 countries (including 2,900 journals not indexed in MEDLINE). Includes Embase Classic which has over 1.8 million additional records and spans the years from 1947 to 1973.  Access note*

  • Global Health Database
    This database covers the following aspects of human health and disease: communicable, tropical and parasitic diseases, human nutrition, community and public health, medicinal and poisonous plants, and more. Access note*

  • Google Scholar
    Searches specifically for scholarly literature, including peer-reviewed papers, theses, books, preprints, abstracts and technical reports from all broad areas of research. Use Google Scholar to find articles from a wide variety of academic publishers, professional societies, preprint repositories and universities, as well as scholarly articles available across the web.
     
  • Joanna Briggs Institute EBP Database
    This comprehensive database covers a wide range of medical, nursing, and health science specialties and includes a unique suite of information that’s been analyzed, appraised, and prepared by expert reviewers at Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). Access note*
     
  • Journal Citation Reports (JCR)
    Evaluate and compare journals using citation data drawn from over 3,300 US and international publishers. Shows the most frequently cited journals in a field, the highest impact journals in a field, the leading journals in a field and the most published articles in the sciences, technology and social sciences.   • MEDLINE (Ovid)
    Contains citations and abstracts of the biomedical literature dating back to the mid 1940's. Includes over 24 million citations in over 40 languages. Access note*

  • MEDLINE (PubMed)
    Provides access to citations from MEDLINE and OLDMEDLINE, some general science and chemistry journals, and life science journals that submit full text to PubMedCentral and receive a qualitative review by NLM. Also provides access and links to Entrez molecular biology resources. Entrez is the text-based search and retrieval system used at the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) for services including PubMed, Nucleotide and Protein Sequences, Protein Structures, Complete Genomes, Taxonomy, OMIM, and many others.

    Only authorized users who are competent healthcare professionals who rely on their clinical discretion and judgment in diagnosis and treatment may use the content for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes.
