Workshops are open to faculty and staff of Georgetown University. All classes are taught in the the Faculty and Curriculum Support (FACS) Center Computer Lab (GM-6) in Preclinical Science Building. Workshop: PowerPoint, Part I - Basic Skills to Engage Your Audience

Learn to design templates and layouts, create slides, edit text boxes, and use drawing tools! In addition to these basic skills, we’ll cover key points that will help you enhance your presentation, keep your audience engaged, and encourage interactive discussion. *Workshop size: limited to 15 participants

Workshop: PowerPoint, Part II - Adding Hyperlink, Audio, Video, & Animation

This session will unleash the multimedia capabilities of PowerPoint to design and produce powerful presentations. Participants in this session will learn how to insert graphics, movies and sounds, and add voice narrations, create animations and Action Buttons, and create links inside a presentation and links to live Web pages or play movies.
