Services for Resources : Computers in the Library

Computer stations with Internet access are located throughout the Library's Ground, First and Second Floors.

The Library also features a computer lab, the BACC, on its Lower Level. The Biomedical Academic Computing Center (BACC) is equipped with computing and audiovisual equipment and software available for use by the GUMC and GUH communities. Login with NetID and password is required to use BACC equipment. The BACC features

• Laser printers (B&W and Color)
• Computer Classroom
• Multimedia and educational software collection


BACC Computer Classroom

The BACC features a computer classroom with 20 workstations. Faculty may reserve the room by calling Taffy McKeon at 202.687.1537 or e-mail. Please note that the room is available on a space available basis. Login with NetID and password is required to use the BACC classroom.

Wireless Hotspots

Wireless hotspots are available throughout the Library. The use of laptops is not permitted in quiet study areas.

Printers in the Library

Dahlgren has black-and-white as well as color printers connected to the computers in the lobby and in the BACC. With your GOCard, black-and-white printing costs 10¢ per page, and color printing costs 50¢ per page. Non-GOCard holders may purchase a guest card in the library for $1.00.
